Agentycs is a sovereign platform company, founded by practitioners and built for defence, government and regulated enterprise. The lakehouse, the inference plane, the application framework, the software factory and the infrastructure underneath are one system, so advanced intelligence can run inside an estate the organisation actually owns.
What we build #
Most organisations assemble their intelligence stack from parts: a warehouse here, a vector database there, a model API somewhere else, an integration layer to hold it together and a governance tool bolted across the top. Every seam is a place where identity, permissions and data lineage quietly stop agreeing, and every part is a separate supplier with a separate hold on you.
Agentycs is one platform instead. Data, retrieval, inference, applications, delivery and infrastructure share a single identity model, a single permission decision and a single change feed, and the whole thing is declared as resources a cluster reconciles. It runs in your cloud, in your datacentre, on a micro server small enough to carry, or at a site with no external connectivity at all.

Agentycs was founded by two practitioners who had spent their careers watching capable technology stall short of the work that needed it, and leave the organisation owning nothing at the end. Their paths crossed in 2023, and Agentycs Limited was incorporated on 7 November 2024 to build the thing neither of them could buy.
The company is designed, developed and supported in the United Kingdom. We operate a sovereign cloud here, primarily serving UK government. Internationally the model is on-premises sovereign deployment inside the customer's own estate rather than a managed region, and that is the basis of the work we are pursuing in the United States, the Caribbean, Europe and New Zealand.

- A sovereign cloud we operate ourselves, primarily serving UK government, so a department can adopt the platform without first standing up infrastructure of its own.
- International deployment
- Outside the UK the model is on-premises sovereign deployment rather than a managed region: the platform runs inside the customer's estate, under their identity and their controls.
- Partners
- Red Hat as a technology partner, and Avant and Softcat as distribution partners, so the platform arrives through routes organisations already use.
Where we actually are #
Agentycs is pre-revenue and signing its first deals with its first customers. There is no logo wall on this site and no case studies, because there is nothing yet that we could put on one without stretching it. Evidence gets collected as the first deployments happen, and published when it is real. If your decision turns on proof, ask us what stage we are at and you will get a straight answer rather than a carefully worded sentence.
How we work #
The platform is built by the same machinery we sell, which keeps us honest about whether it works.
People set direction. Agents build.
Product intent goes in as plain language. Agents explore designs, plan the work, write the code and shepherd it through delivery. People decide what matters, grant approval and remain accountable for the result.
We run what we sell.
Agentycs is designed, built and deployed on Agentycs, by the factory, on our own servers and our own network. Production signals come back in as new work, so the system that ships the platform improves the platform.
Depth is the point.
The same codebase reaches from accelerator scheduling and object storage to durable workflows and live queries in a browser. Owning that whole path is what makes one coherent platform possible instead of an integration project.
