Agentycs began with two founders who had seen both sides of the AI problem.

Henry Smith (CTO) spent years delivering large-scale AI and data systems inside complex enterprises. He learned that intelligence alone is not enough — usability, governance, and real-world constraints decide whether AI works.

Mark Perkins (CEO) led digital transformation across cloud, cybersecurity, and automation. He saw organisations stuck between hype and delivery, needing AI that could be adopted beyond specialist teams.

In 2023 their paths crossed, and the vision for Agentycs clicked: build a sovereign, deployable AI platform that turns intelligence into operational outcomes — not demos.
